Job Description

Job Title: HR Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Supervisor to lead and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, KPI evaluation, and ensuring HR compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the HR department.

  • Coordinate and oversee the recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews).

  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.

  • Implement and manage employee performance management systems.

  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate individual and departmental performance.

  • Monitor and manage employee performance evaluation systems.

  • Handle employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior HR staff.

  • Generate HR reports and present insights and recommendations to management.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Performance Management: Driving continuous performance evaluation, feedback mechanisms, and employee development planning.

  • Recruitment Efficiency: Reducing time-to-hire while improving quality-of-hire through structured hiring processes.

  • HR Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with local labor laws and audit requirements.

  • KPI Monitoring: Designing and maintaining key metrics dashboards for workforce productivity and HR process improvements.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Managing conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Team Supervision & Development: Coaching junior HR staff and building department capability through training and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Experience in performance management and KPI implementation.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).

  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
