Customer Service and Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior professional to support our inside sales and customer service operations within the Instrumentation & Control division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, processing quotations, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and technical proposals in coordination with the sales team
• Assist in processing purchase orders and ensuring accurate order entry
• Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
• Maintain updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project statuses
• Support the sales team in lead follow-ups and basic technical clarifications
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and order status
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate as needed
• Help in maintaining customer databases and CRM systems

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar inside sales or customer service role
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Basic knowledge of instrumentation and control systems is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred:

• Experience in handling technical quotations or product documentation
• Familiarity with industrial or process automation equipment
