Job Title: Project Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee site activities, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction or industrial project supervision and the ability to manage teams effectively in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations at the project site, including manpower, materials, and equipment

• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of tasks

• Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and safety standards

• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management

• Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on-site

• Manage labor allocation and oversee performance of site personnel

• Liaise with clients or consultants during inspections and walkthroughs

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in construction or industrial project supervision

• Valid Safety Certification (OSHA, NEBOSH, or site-specific HSE)

• Strong knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation

• Proficient in report writing and daily documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Management

• Experience supervising scaffolding, shutdown, or heavy industrial projects

• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and permit-to-work systems

• UAE/GCC experience preferred
