Job Description: Scaffolding Erection Tech

Job Summary:

We are hiring Scaffolding Erection Technicians to support scaffold assembly and dismantling works in large industrial factories and power plants. Technicians will assist senior scaffolders, manage materials, and ensure scaffolding is erected safely and efficiently in compliance with site and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems

• Handle scaffolding materials and ensure proper stacking and storage

• Work under supervision to support safe and efficient scaffold operations

• Follow detailed instructions and site safety procedures at all times

• Ensure scaffolding structures are secure, level, and tagged appropriately

• Support other site activities as a general helper when scaffolding tasks are not active

• Report unsafe conditions, damaged components, or incidents to supervisors

Mandatory Requirements:

• Valid Scaffolding Certification from an accredited training body (CISRS, SAIA, or equivalent)

• Valid Safety Certification (OSHA 10/30, Basic Safety Awareness, or site-specific HSE card)

• 1–3 years of experience in industrial scaffolding or power plant construction

• Physically fit and able to lift, climb, and work at heights

• Strong understanding of PPE usage and site hazard controls

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in industrial environments such as refineries, factories, or power plants

• Familiarity with scaffold tagging and inspection systems

• Ability to read and understand basic scaffold drawings
