Job Title: Maison

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Mid-Level Mason to join our construction and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in bricklaying, block work, plastering, tile fixing, and general masonry, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and repair walls, partitions, floors, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and stones

• Perform plastering, tile setting, and surface finishing work

• Mix and prepare mortar, concrete, and other materials

• Interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Use tools and machinery to cut, shape, and lay materials

• Ensure quality and alignment in all masonry work

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite

• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on-site

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of masonry experience

• Knowledge of different masonry techniques and materials

• Ability to read technical drawings and construction plans

• Skilled in using masonry tools and equipment

• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with decorative stonework, tile setting, and concrete formwork

• Knowledge of waterproofing and repair techniques

• Previous work on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
