Job Title: Plumber

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mid-Level Plumber to join our maintenance and installation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing systems, a good understanding of plumbing codes, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings

• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems

• Identify and resolve issues with water supply, drainage, and other plumbing systems

• Install fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, and water heaters

• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems using pressure gauges or similar tools

• Adhere to health and safety standards and building codes

• Collaborate with construction teams or maintenance staff on larger projects

• Provide accurate estimates and reports when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience

• Diploma or technical certificate in plumbing or related field

• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations

• Ability to work from technical drawings and blueprints

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Physical stamina and the ability to work in confined spaces or at heights

• Valid driving license (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with both maintenance and new installations

• Certification in pipefitting or water systems

• Previous work in commercial or industrial plumbing projects
