• 🔧 Installation: Install, configure, and commission air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring proper setup according to specifications and safety standards.

• 🛠️ Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot faults, and execute repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

• 🌡️ System Testing: Monitor refrigerant levels, airflow, electrical components, and overall system performance to identify issues and verify system efficiency.

• 📋 Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed service records, work orders, and service reports to ensure traceability and compliance with company standards.

• ⚠️ Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling refrigerants, electrical systems, and during installation and repair activities to ensure a safe working environment.

• 💡 Customer Support: Provide professional advice to clients on proper system usage, routine maintenance, and preventive measures to enhance system efficiency and lifespan.

Qualifications & Skills ⭐

• ✅ Proven foundational knowledge or internship experience as an AC Technician or HVAC Specialist, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.

• ✅ Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, electrical circuits, thermodynamics, and basic HVAC principles.

• ✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics to facilitate accurate installation and troubleshooting.

• ✅ Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• ✅ Physical stamina and strength to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and adapt to various working conditions.

• ✅ Relevant certifications such as EPA certification or HVAC license are preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
