About the Role:
We are looking for a Mechanical Valve Helper to assist our workshop and site teams in valve refurbishment, maintenance, and testing operations. The role involves supporting technicians and fitters in handling, cleaning, assembling, and preparing industrial valves for repair and service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist valve technicians and fitters during dismantling, cleaning, assembly, and testing of valves (gate, globe, ball, check, safety, etc.).

• Handle tools, lifting equipment, and components safely in the workshop or site.

• Clean and prepare valve parts for inspection and machining.

• Support in loading/unloading, packing, and movement of equipment and materials.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Perform general workshop tasks as assigned by supervisors or technicians.

Requirements:

• High school or technical background preferred.

• 1–4 years of experience in a mechanical or valve maintenance environment.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and workshop practices.

• Physically fit and able to work in industrial or field conditions.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
