Job Role 

Engaged on a per-job or scheduled-visit basis to maintain residential and light-commercial landscapes: lawn/turf care, pruning, planting, irrigation upkeep, fertilization, and basic pest/disease management. You’ll follow our SOPs/HSE standards, coordinate with dispatch, and close jobs with proper documentation and client sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

• Site upkeep: Mowing/edging, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, raking/leaf clearance, soil amendment, mulching, bed reshaping.

• Plant care: Seasonal planting and transplanting, staking/tying, deadheading, nutrient schedules, basic turf renovation.

• Irrigation: Inspect and repair drip/sprinkler lines, nozzles, emitters, and valves; set/optimize controllers (e.g., daily/seasonal schedules); check pressure/leaks and coverage.

• Pest & disease: Identify common landscape issues; apply approved remedies for minor issues; escalate chemical applications requiring licensed pest-control.

• Water & heat management: Implement drought/heat practices (deep watering, mulching, shade timing) and follow water-use guidelines.

• Minor hardscape tasks: Reset pavers/edging stones, clean paths, tidy gravel/pebble areas.

• Documentation: Record before/after photos, materials used, irrigation settings, and client sign-off in CRM.

• Client & team communication: Provide status updates, propose improvements (plant selection, water savings), and seek pre-approval for variations.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–5 years hands-on gardening/soft landscaping (UAE experience preferred).

• Practical knowledge of desert-suitable plants and turf care; confident with pruning standards and seasonal scheduling.

• Basic irrigation troubleshooting and controller programming.

• Able to lift, work outdoors, and follow checklists/drawings.

• Basic English for notes and client updates (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus).

• Smartphone for CRM, navigation, and photo documentation.

• Valid UAE driving license preferred; ability to travel between emirates.

Education & Certifications

• Trade certificate/Diploma in Horticulture/Landscaping (preferred).

• Basic HSE/First Aid; irrigation technician or horticulture short courses are a plus.
