Job Summary:


We are seeking a talented and versatile Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to jointeam. This role combines graphic design, social media management, and digital advertising expertise to create visually appealing content, manage social media platforms, and execute effective advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive brand engagement across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design:

    • Create high-quality, visually compelling graphics for digital and print materials, including websites, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and corporate branding.

    • Design logos, brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing collateral.

    • Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and ensure alignment with the company's visual identity.

    • Work closely with the marketing team to create assets for email campaigns, promotional materials, and event collateral.

  2. Social Media Management:

    • Manage and curate content for the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

    • Design and create visually appealing social media graphics, posts, and ads that align with marketing initiatives and campaigns.

    • Develop and execute content calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely delivery of social media content.

    • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing reports and insights to improve content strategy and engagement rates.

    • Engage with the community on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages while maintaining the brand voice.

    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure fresh and relevant content.

  3. Advertising:

    • Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.

    • Create visually engaging ads, including static, video, and carousel ads, designed to drive traffic and conversions.

    • Monitor ad performance, adjust campaigns as needed, and optimize targeting to maximize ROI.

    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives.

    • Create and analyze reports to track the success of advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  4. Collaboration & Feedback:

    • Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand the brand’s goals and create design and advertising solutions that align with strategic initiatives.

    • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and improve engagement and campaign performance.

  5. Continuous Learning & Innovation:

    • Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media tools, advertising strategies, and technologies to maintain a fresh and modern approach to design and marketing.

    • Experiment with new design techniques and strategies to optimize user engagement and ad performance across platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, social media management, and digital advertising.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and social media content management tools.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media content, and advertising campaigns.

  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and advertising best practices.

  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Focus Area

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

  • Experience with SEO and SEM.

  • Strong understanding of paid advertising metrics and KPIs.

Experience:

  •  2-3years of Creative Designer & Digital Marketing experience.

  • Proven experience with live projects in production environments.
