Job Role 

Engaged on a per-job or project basis to provide comprehensive pest control and management services. Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, and preventing pest infestations in residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The role involves applying chemical and non-chemical treatments, inspecting properties for pest activity, and providing clients with recommendations for pest control.

Key Responsibilities

• Pest Inspections:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify the presence of pests (termites, rodents, cockroaches, ants, bedbugs, etc.).

  • Assess and evaluate the severity of infestations and recommend appropriate pest control treatments.

  • Use specialized tools, traps, and monitoring systems to detect and confirm pest activity.

• Pest Control Treatment:

  • Apply pesticides, traps, and other treatment methods in accordance with industry standards and safety guidelines.

  • Choose appropriate chemical and non-chemical solutions based on the type of pest and the environment, ensuring safety for both clients and the environment.

  • Provide emergency pest control services as needed, including handling major infestations of termites, rodents, or other dangerous pests.

• Prevention & Maintenance:

  • Advise clients on preventative measures to reduce the risk of future pest infestations, such as sealing entry points and maintaining proper sanitation.

  • Implement long-term pest control solutions, including installing bait stations and treating potential pest harborage areas.

  • Educate clients on proper pest management practices to maintain a pest-free environment.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, including the treatment applied, areas treated, chemicals used, and any other relevant information.

  • Submit detailed reports and before/after photos to CRM after each treatment.

  • Provide clients with written treatment plans and safety information for chemicals used.

• Health, Safety & Compliance:

  • Adhere to all local regulations and industry standards regarding pest control methods and the handling of chemicals.

  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during all treatments and ensure safe storage of chemicals.

  • Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines for the proper disposal of hazardous waste.

• Customer Service & Communication:

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering client queries and providing pest control advice.

  • Ensure clients are satisfied with the services rendered and follow up to ensure the pest problem has been resolved.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in pest control (UAE/GCC experience preferred).

• Proficient in using pest control equipment, including spray rigs, foggers, and baits.

• Knowledge of a variety of pests and appropriate treatments, including the use of both chemical and eco-friendly pest control methods.

• Basic knowledge of pest behavior and habitats to apply the most effective pest control solutions.

• Ability to use pest control tools and safety equipment safely and efficiently.

• Basic English for documentation and communication (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus).

• Smartphone for CRM, navigation, and photo documentation.

• Valid UAE driving licence preferred; willingness to travel between sites.

Education & Certifications

• ITI/Trade Certification or Diploma in Pest Control, Agriculture, or related field (preferred).

• Certification in pest management or eco-friendly pest control is an advantage.

• First Aid and HSE training is preferred.
