Instrumentation and control Process Professionals Recruiter

Position Overview

A manpower outsourcing division is seeking a Recruiter – Instrumentation and Control Process Professionals. This role is designed for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering and 2–3 years of field experience in instrumentation and control systems. Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory. Instead, the emphasis is on technical knowledge and practical understanding of instrumentation processes, enabling the Recruiter to identify, evaluate, and recruit skilled professionals for specialized technical positions, ensuring the right talent is onboarded for clients’ specialized requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project and client requirements for Instrumentation & Control roles.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on technical qualifications and field experience.

• Review CVs and conduct interviews to assess technical competency.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to finalize selections.

• Maintain and update databases of candidates for current and future manpower needs.

• Draft and post role-specific job advertisements for instrumentation and control positions.

• Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and client expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering.

• 2–3 years of field/technical experience in instrumentation and control systems.

• Strong understanding of process automation, control systems, and field instrumentation.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with candidates and clients.

• Ability to assess technical expertise without prior HR/recruitment background.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms or applicant tracking systems (a plus, not required).

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Analytical mindset to align candidate skills with specific project requirements.
