Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Development Manager to lead our engineering team in building scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership, focusing on high-impact product delivery, technical mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in full stack development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to align technical execution with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full stack developers to deliver high-quality applications.

• Oversee end-to-end design, architecture, and development of web applications across the stack.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

• Provide hands-on coding, technical guidance, and support in complex problem-solving.

• Define and enforce coding standards, security practices, and performance benchmarks.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless product delivery.

• Drive technical strategy, system architecture, and long-term platform scalability.

• Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and career development planning for the team.

• Manage resource allocation, sprint planning, and agile development processes.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, recommending tools and frameworks for adoption.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong expertise in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Proficiency in back-end languages: Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or .NET.

• Deep understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and API development (REST/GraphQL).

• Experience with system architecture, scalability, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong grasp of application security, authentication, and performance optimization.

• Leadership skills with proven ability to manage and mentor development teams.

• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• Certifications in project management (Scrum, Agile, PMP) or cloud/architecture technologies are a plus.

Experience

• 8+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

• Minimum 2–3 years in a technical leadership or management role.

• Demonstrated success in leading teams to deliver enterprise-scale applications.

• Experience working in agile development environments.
