Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end development, and is comfortable mentoring other developers. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications that support our core business objectives. In addition to hands-on coding, you will contribute to architectural decisions, enforce best practices, and help shape the technical direction of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full stack web applications.

• Architect and implement scalable solutions across front-end and back-end systems.

• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations with external/internal services.

• Ensure application security, performance, and responsiveness across platforms.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, and QA teams for seamless delivery.

• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding best practices.

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production systems.

• Contribute to the evolution of system architecture and long-term technical strategy.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for adoption.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong expertise in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Proficiency in back-end languages: Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or .NET.

• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong knowledge of system architecture, scalability, and security best practices.

• Proficiency in version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and CI/CD workflows.

• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Advanced certifications in cloud technologies, full stack frameworks, or system architecture are a plus.

Experience

• 5–8 years of professional experience in full stack development.

• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level, production-ready applications.

• Prior experience in mentoring or leading development teams.

• Experience working in agile or fast-paced software development environments.
