Mid-level Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. This role requires solid experience in both front-end and back-end development, as well as a strong understanding of system architecture, RESTful APIs, and database design. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to build and maintain scalable, secure, and user-friendly web applications. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across the stack and eager to contribute to the full lifecycle of application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support application features and external services.

• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces with modern front-end frameworks.

• Implement and optimize relational and non-relational databases.

• Ensure application scalability, security, and performance through best practices.

• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications across the stack.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

• Contribute to the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and testing practices.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Strong knowledge of back-end languages: Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or .NET.

• Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases.

• Understanding of RESTful API design, integration, and documentation.

• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and agile workflows.

• Awareness of security best practices and application performance optimization.

• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Professional certifications in web development, cloud platforms, or frameworks are a plus.

Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in full stack development.

• Demonstrated experience with live, production-ready applications.

• Previous experience in agile or collaborative software development environments preferred.
