Job Description: Inside Sales & Customer Service Executive (Mechanical Valves)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Service Executive possessing knowledge in valves and related industrial products. The role involves managing client relationships, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is primarily office-based and requires basic knowledge of valves, customer service excellence, and sales coordination skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding valves and related products.

Handle inbound inquiries, provide product details, technical support, and process quotations.Support sales growth by identifying customer requirements and offering suitable valve solutions.Manage and follow up on quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales service.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pricing, and sales activities in CRM/ERP systems.Collaborate with the sales and technical team to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.Support external sales engineers with inside coordination and documentation.

  • Ensuring customer retention through consistent and professional follow-up.

Stay updated with product specifications, industry standards, and competitor activities.Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and service quality standards.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service within valves, boilers, or associated equipment.

  • Basic technical knowledge of valves (gate, globe, ball, butterfly, check, control, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM/ERP systems.Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.


Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in the industrial sector.

Strong negotiation and sales coordination skills.Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).

  • Knowledge of international valve standards is an added advantage (API, ANSI, ASME, DIN, etc.).
