Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineering fresher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, execution, and supervision of construction works under the guidance of senior engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site supervision and daily construction activities.

• Support in preparing site reports, measurements, and documentation.

• Help in checking levels, alignments, and quality of materials and work.

• Learn to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

• Coordinate with site workers and report progress to site engineer or manager.

• Ensure basic compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

• Support in estimating material quantities and preparing daily progress reports.

• Conduct site measurements for billing or verification purposes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and building materials.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and civil engineering basics.

• Strong desire to learn and grow in a construction site environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
