Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team  As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with specified quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to develop their skills in a fast-paced construction environment, working closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors and labor teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of work performed on-site to verify adherence to quality standards and project requirements. Identify and resolve any issues related to workmanship or materials promptly.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against schedules, update project documentation, and communicate any delays or issues to the project management team. Assist in preparing progress reports.
• Material Management: Ensure the timely procurement and proper storage of construction materials. Verify that materials used meet quality standards and are used efficiently.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Conduct safety briefings and report incidents as required.
• Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between the site team, project managers, and clients to facilitate clear communication and effective coordination of activities.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and incidents. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for project stakeholders.
• Technical Assistance: Support the engineering team in resolving technical issues on-site and assist in implementing engineering solutions as directed.
