Job Title: Project Supervisor

Overview of the Role

The Project Supervisor  is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates or individuals beginning their careers in the construction industry. The Project Supervisor will work closely with senior project managers and site teams to ensure that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Project Planning and Coordination: Support senior supervisors in preparing project schedules, resource allocation, and procurement plans to ensure timely project execution.
• Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of work performed to verify adherence to design drawings, technical standards, and safety regulations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and safety incidents. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to project management.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety policies and procedures on-site, conduct safety briefings, and ensure all team members wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Support in Material Management: Assist in overseeing the receipt, storage, and usage of construction materials to prevent wastage and ensure availability.
• Learning and Development: Continuously enhance technical knowledge related to construction processes, tools, and safety standards through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.
