Job Title: Entry-Level – Customer Service

Overview of the Role

Talent Share is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates (AE). This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their skills in customer engagement, problem-solving, and communication within a fast-paced environment. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering positive relationships, and representing the company's commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to grow within the customer service domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, or live chat to address inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and offer appropriate solutions to ensure a positive experience and foster customer loyalty.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using company CRM systems.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously update and enhance understanding of company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments to contribute to service improvements and product development.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve common goals.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain consistency and uphold the company's reputation.
  • Personal Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development activities to enhance customer service skills and industry knowledge.

 

Key Competencies and Requirements

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and internet navigation.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualifications are advantageous.
  • No prior experience required; however, previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
