Construction Engineer

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Engineer to join our dynamic team As a Fresher in this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across various stages. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Project Planning and Design: Support senior engineers in preparing project plans, schedules, and technical drawings. Contribute to the development of project specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Site Supervision and Coordination: Participate in on-site activities to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Quality Control and Safety Compliance: Conduct regular inspections to verify quality standards are met and safety regulations are followed. Report any deviations or hazards to the project manager promptly.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and inspection logs. Prepare status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Material and Resource Management: Assist in the procurement and management of construction materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability and optimal utilization.
• Technical Support and Problem Solving: Provide technical assistance to resolve on-site issues, troubleshoot construction challenges, and suggest improvements to enhance project efficiency.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
