Job Title: BIM (Building Information Modeling) Junior

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior BIM (Building Information Modeling) Specialist to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will support the development, management, and coordination of BIM models to facilitate efficient project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of BIM processes, strong technical skills, and a keen eye for accuracy and detail. As a key contributor to our project teams, you will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that BIM models meet project specifications, standards, and deadlines, ultimately contributing to the successful execution of construction projects across the AE region.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in BIM Model Development: Support senior BIM specialists in creating, updating, and maintaining detailed 3D models for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Teams: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to gather necessary data, resolve modeling issues, and ensure seamless integration of BIM models across disciplines.
• Implement BIM Standards and Protocols: Follow established BIM standards, naming conventions, and quality control procedures to ensure consistency and reliability of models.
• Clash Detection and Coordination: Assist in performing clash detection analyses to identify and resolve conflicts within models, minimizing construction delays and cost overruns.
• Documentation and Reporting: Generate detailed reports, drawings, and documentation from BIM models to support project planning, execution, and facility management.
• Software Support and Maintenance: Utilize industry-standard BIM software (such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) effectively, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
• Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance skills and contribute to process improvements.
