Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the company’s growth objectives within our key focus area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance our market presence and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Lead Generation:

    • Identify and evaluate potential clients in the targeted sectors.

    • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence.

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Initiate and manage client meetings, presentations, and proposals.

    • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

    • Handle client onboarding and post-sale support in coordination with operations.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Collaborate with the team to define sales targets and strategic plans.

    • Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

    • Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Internal Coordination:

    • Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, HR) to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

    • Provide market feedback and client insights to support product/service improvements.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and outcomes.

    • Prepare periodic sales and activity reports for management review.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, client servicing, or business development.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • UAE market experience is a plus (if relevant).

  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred for field-based roles).


Preferred Skills:

  • CRM usage (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

  • Industry-specific knowledge in the focus area

  • Arabic language proficiency (optional but preferred)
