Overview of the Role

Talent Share Private Companies Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in the United Arab Emirates (AE). As a key member of our accounting department, the Senior Accountant will play a vital role in managing complex financial transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to facilitate a smooth audit process.
• Maintain and update the company's accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and international standards.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Ensure timely submission of tax filings and compliance with statutory requirements in the UAE.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
