Civil Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with mid-level experience to manage and oversee construction projects from planning to execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review structural and civil drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.

• Supervise on-site execution of civil works, including earthworks, concreting, and finishing.

• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and subcontractors to ensure proper sequencing of work.

• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues.

• Check and verify levels, alignments, dimensions, and materials as per specifications.

• Assist in quantity estimation and certification of subcontractor bills.

• Support in material approvals and procurement coordination.

• Perform basic surveying tasks and set out construction works when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).

• 3–5 years of experience in construction project execution or site supervision.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel; knowledge of Revit, STAAD Pro, or Primavera is an advantage.

• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.

• Strong understanding of structural details, reinforcement, and formwork systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks on-site.
