Overview of the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level HR Professional to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates (AE). Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and wellness initiatives, ensuring employees are well-informed and supported.
  • Support performance management processes by coordinating evaluations, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between employees and managers.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, workplace culture, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to promote professional development and a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies by regularly reviewing HR practices and documentation.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support the overall HR function and organizational goals.

Expertise and Requirements

  • Industry-Relevant Experience: Prior internship or professional experience in human resources, administration, or related fields is highly desirable. Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives will be advantageous.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with candidates, employees, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS systems, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic data analysis skills.
  • Professional Attributes: Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving.
