We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workforce Planning Specialist (Junior Level) to support data collection, reporting, and coordination activities related to workforce planning and organizational staffing needs. This role will assist HR leadership in tracking headcount, analyzing workforce trends, and maintaining organizational charts. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR processes, strong Excel skills, and a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
Assist in gathering and maintaining employee headcount, vacancy, and turnover data.
Support the preparation of workforce reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and business leaders.
Update and maintain organizational charts and workforce planning templates.
Collaborate with recruiters and HRBPs to track hiring plans, internal movements, and staffing pipelines.
Help monitor staffing budgets and position control documentation.
Assist in the coordination of manpower forecasting and workforce needs assessments.
Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and workforce planning tools.
Provide administrative support during organizational restructuring or workforce optimization projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in HR, workforce planning, or HR analytics (internship/project work is acceptable)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas); familiarity with PowerPoint for reporting
Basic knowledge of HRIS systems and organizational structure principles
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive data
Interest in workforce analytics and HR strategy
