  • Supervise day-to-day lab operations including equipment readiness, test fixture setup, and environmental controls.

  • Follow test procedures and safety protocols as outlined in test plans and SOPs.

  • Monitor test parameters (e.g., force, stroke, pressure, temperature, RPM) and ensure data accuracy.

  • Maintain test logs, calibration records, and daily reports for traceability and compliance.

  • Coordinate with the design and quality teams to communicate test outcomes, observations, and deviations.

  • Conduct basic preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic/pneumatic test rigs, actuators, sensors, and DAQ systems.

  • Support root cause analysis in failure investigations and implement corrective actions with senior support.

  • Ensure cleanroom/lab discipline, 5S practices, and safety standards are upheld.

  • Participate in internal audits and equipment calibration verification processes.

Key Focus Areas:

  1. Test Execution & Monitoring:

    • Ensure test setups are aligned with mechanical drawings and test plans.

    • Closely monitor test runs and intervene in case of deviations or anomalies.

  2. Equipment Handling & Safety:

    • Operate hydraulic/pneumatic rigs, wear track testers, and fatigue testers safely and efficiently.

    • Ensure adherence to test lab safety protocols (PPE, emergency shutdowns, etc.).

  3. Documentation & Reporting:

    • Record test conditions, results, and any deviations systematically.

    • Prepare basic reports and summaries to assist senior engineers in analysis.

  4. Coordination & Support:
