We are seeking a forward-thinking and operationally strong Vice President of People Operations to lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle and HR service delivery. This role is responsible for building and optimizing scalable HR processes that support a growing, diverse, and high-performing workforce. The VP of People Operations will oversee HR systems, data management, employee services, and ensure compliance across all HR operations. This is a critical leadership position that blends strategic oversight with operational excellence.
HR Operations Leadership:
Manage and continuously improve core HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, offboarding, and HR service delivery.
HR Technology & Systems:
Lead the implementation, optimization, and governance of HRIS platforms and ensure accurate data integrity and reporting.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure HR processes comply with all local labor laws, internal policies, and audit standards.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the end-to-end employee journey with an emphasis on efficiency, employee experience, and automation.
Process & Policy Development:
Establish and maintain scalable HR policies, SOPs, and workflows that align with business goals and operational standards.
HR Metrics & Analytics:
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key HR KPIs such as turnover, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and other departments to align HR operations with enterprise-wide systems and initiatives.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
10–15 years of progressive experience in HR, with 5+ years in a senior HR operations or shared services leadership role
Strong understanding of labor regulations, HR compliance, and operational risk management
Experience in managing HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms
Operational excellence and a process-oriented mindset
Strong leadership and team management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to handle large-scale data and documentation
Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and execution capabilities
