The Vice President – Valves and Flow Control is responsible for the strategic leadership, business expansion, and operational performance of the valves and flow control division. This includes oversight of product lines such as gate, globe, check, ball, butterfly, control valves, pressure relief devices, actuators, and related automation solutions. The VP will drive commercial success, product innovation, customer engagement, and regional growth across critical sectors including oil & gas, petrochemical, power, water, and process industries.
Define and lead the global/regional growth strategy for valves and flow control products and services.
Oversee market entry, channel development, and portfolio positioning across sectors and geographies.
Own the division’s P&L including sales targets, profitability, cost control, and capital planning.
Lead high-value sales efforts and framework agreements with EPCs, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
Drive partner network expansion and global OEM alliances.
Support tendering and key account teams on large-scale project pursuits and pricing strategies.
Manage product development, application engineering, and customization based on client or project-specific requirements.
Ensure compliance with international standards (API 6D/600/608, ASME, ISO, ANSI, SIL, ATEX) and region-specific regulations.
Promote valve automation, diagnostics, and smart flow control solutions.
Oversee supply chain, project execution, quality assurance, and after-sales support.
Optimize delivery timelines and cost-efficiency through vendor partnerships and in-house capability enhancement.
Grow the aftermarket business including repair, re-certification, calibration, and AMC services.
Develop regional valve service centers and field support teams.
Lead a high-performing cross-functional team including sales, engineering, technical support, and service.
Drive team development, knowledge sharing, and performance improvement across functions.
Deliver reports on commercial performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities to the board.
Ensure all operations align with company policies, HSE, compliance, and global governance standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Master’s or MBA preferred)
15–20+ years of experience in industrial valves and flow control, with at least 5 years in an executive role
Strong knowledge of valve manufacturing, application engineering, and project execution in oil & gas, power, and utilities
Proven record in P&L management and business growth across international markets
Familiarity with control systems, automation, and digital flow monitoring is a plus
Experience in the GCC or similar high-growth industrial markets preferred
Strategic leadership in valves and flow control

Product development and technical oversight
Global business development and OEM/partner collaboration
Strong understanding of international codes and standards
