2. Climate Control and HVAC Innovation

  • Provide strategic direction for high-efficiency HVAC system design and operation across facilities (including cleanrooms, data centers, labs, and commercial spaces).

  • Integrate smart building technologies (BAS/BMS, IoT, demand response) for predictive climate control and occupant comfort.

  • Ensure systems meet ASHRAE standards and internal KPIs for thermal stability and energy intensity.

3. Environmental Systems & Regulatory Compliance

  • Oversee air, water, and waste-related infrastructure and ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, ISO 14001).

  • Lead sustainability reporting, ESG audits, and compliance with permits (e.g., GHG emissions, effluents, refrigerants).

  • Implement advanced monitoring and mitigation strategies for emissions, noise, particulate matter, and environmental risk.
