The Junior Turbocharger Machining Supervisor assists in overseeing daily machining operations for turbocharger components. This role supports the supervision of machine shop activities, ensures quality and safety standards, and helps coordinate workflow to meet production schedules. The position serves as a foundational leadership role, providing hands-on support to machinists and working closely with senior supervisors and engineers.
Assist in supervising the machining team producing turbocharger parts such as turbine wheels, compressor housings, and shafts.
Monitor machining processes to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.
Help schedule machine operation shifts, tooling changes, and maintenance activities.
Support training and development of machinists and junior operators.
Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to address machining issues and implement process improvements.
Track production metrics and report performance to senior supervisors.
Maintain clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining preferred
0–2 years in a machining or manufacturing environment; experience with CNC machining a plus

Ability to read mechanical drawings and work instructions
Strong organizational and communication skills
