The Mid-Level Turbocharger Assembly Supervisor oversees daily operations on the turbocharger assembly line in an automotive manufacturing environment. This role leads a team of assembly technicians, ensures quality and safety compliance, manages production schedules, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and product quality.
Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians on the turbocharger production line.
Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet volume and quality targets.
Monitor assembly processes and enforce adherence to quality standards and automotive specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve skills and performance.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate production records, quality reports, and shift documentation.
Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.

Experience with production scheduling, shop floor management, and process improvement tools
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
Effective leadership and communication skills
