The Junior Turbocharger Assembly Supervisor supports the supervision of assembly operations for turbochargers in an automotive manufacturing environment. This role assists in managing assembly line activities, coordinating team members, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance. It is an entry-level supervisory role designed to develop leadership skills and gain experience in turbocharger assembly processes.
Assist in supervising daily turbocharger assembly line activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Support team members by coordinating tasks, resolving minor issues, and promoting adherence to production schedules.
Monitor assembly quality and ensure compliance with company standards and automotive industry requirements.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with safety regulations.
Support documentation and reporting of production metrics, quality issues, and team performance.
Assist in training and onboarding new assembly technicians.
Report operational concerns, equipment issues, and safety incidents to senior supervisors.
