We are hiring an experienced Turbine Supervisor (Mid-Level) to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational readiness of gas and/or steam turbines in a power generation, refinery, or process plant environment. This role involves hands-on technical oversight, team coordination, and ensuring all work is executed in accordance with OEM standards, HSE policies, and project timelines. The ideal candidate brings 4–7 years of relevant experience, a strong mechanical foundation, and emerging leadership capabilities in turbine-focused operations.
Supervise installation, inspection, overhauling, and commissioning of gas or steam turbines.
Coordinate disassembly, rotor checks, clearance verification, alignment, and reassembly.
Monitor turbine performance and address mechanical issues, vibration trends, or operational anomalies.
Lead a team of technicians during preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure proper execution of procedures.
Interface with operations, reliability, and OEM specialists during planned outages or start-ups.
Assist in preparing maintenance plans, work scopes, and shutdown schedules.
Maintain accurate documentation including checklists, inspection reports, alignment data, and post-maintenance evaluations.
Enforce adherence to safety policies, lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, and permit-to-work (PTW) systems.
Conduct toolbox talks and contribute to risk assessments and incident investigations.
Supervision of gas/steam turbine maintenance activities
Hands-on technical guidance and fault diagnosis
Coordination with OEMs and support contractors
Strong focus on safety, reliability, and documentation
Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Power Engineering
OEM turbine certification (e.g., Siemens, GE, Mitsubishi) is a strong advantage
4–7 years of experience in gas or steam turbine maintenance and supervision
Proven involvement in overhauls, outages, or commissioning projects
Familiar with shaft alignment, dynamic balancing, and vibration monitoring
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Effective team leadership and job delegation
Clear communication with cross-functional teams and contractors
Proficient in interpreting turbine manuals, drawings, and technical documentation
OSHA, NEBOSH, or site-specific HSE training
Rigging & lifting certification
OEM technical courses on turbine maintenance
