Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the fabrication and assembly of turbine components.
Perform advanced welding, gas cutting, and cold cutting tasks as required.
Read and interpret complex technical drawings and sketches.
Ensure proper knowledge and handling of materials, turbine components, and alignment.
Fabricate and assemble turbine parts to meet quality standards and specifications.
Operate and maintain tools and machines issued for fabrication tasks.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior fabricators.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to achieve project goals.

Proven track record of successfully leading fabrication projects.
