The Junior Turbine Component Testing Supervisor supports the supervision of testing activities for turbine components in an automotive R&D or manufacturing environment. This role assists in coordinating test setups, monitoring test execution, ensuring safety compliance, and collecting data. It is an entry-level supervisory position designed to develop leadership skills and technical expertise in turbine testing.
Assist in overseeing daily testing operations of turbine components such as blades, disks, and housings.
Coordinate test setups, equipment preparation, and test schedules under senior supervision.
Monitor testing processes to ensure adherence to safety standards and test protocols.
Support data collection, recording, and preliminary analysis of test results.
Help maintain test rigs, instrumentation, and lab equipment in good working order.
Report issues, anomalies, and test outcomes to senior supervisors or engineers.
Maintain a clean and safe testing environment following company policies.

Associate degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Automotive Engineering, or related field preferred

Familiarity with lab/test equipment and data acquisition systems
Ability to follow technical instructions and safety protocols
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
