The Mid-Level Turbine Calibration & Dyno Testing Supervisor manages day-to-day calibration and dynamometer testing operations for turbine components in an automotive environment. This role leads a team of technicians, ensures compliance with quality and safety standards, manages test schedules, and supports data analysis to validate turbine performance.
Lead and supervise turbine calibration and dyno testing activities for automotive turbine components.
Develop and manage test schedules, resource allocation, and equipment setups to meet project timelines.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and testing procedures.
Oversee maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of testing equipment and dyno systems.
Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to interpret test data and support product development.
Train, mentor, and evaluate calibration and testing personnel.
Maintain accurate documentation of test plans, results, and technical reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and data reliability.

Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field

Experience with test equipment, data acquisition, and calibration protocols
Ability to analyze technical test data and generate reports
Effective leadership and communication skills
