The Junior Turbine Calibration & Dyno Testing Supervisor supports the supervision of calibration and dynamometer (dyno) testing operations for turbine components within an automotive setting. This entry-level role assists in coordinating test setups, monitoring test execution, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining safety standards while developing supervisory and technical skills.
Assist in overseeing daily calibration and dyno testing activities for turbine components.
Support test setup and ensure correct configuration of dyno equipment and calibration tools.
Monitor test runs to ensure compliance with procedures and safety protocols.
Help collect, record, and verify test data and calibration results.
Assist in maintaining testing equipment and instrumentation in proper working condition.
Report test progress, anomalies, and issues to senior supervisors or engineers.
Promote a safe and organized testing environment by following company policies and guidelines.
Assist in training and supporting junior test technicians.

Associate degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Automotive Engineering, or related field preferred
0–2 years experience in calibration, testing, or automotive environments; internships/co-ops a plus

Familiarity with test equipment and data acquisition systems
Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety guidelines
Good communication and teamwork abilities
