Job Title: Training Supervisor (Senior Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Training Supervisor (Senior Level) to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of organization-wide training and development initiatives. This role is responsible for driving workforce capability, ensuring training compliance, and aligning learning programs with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in training operations, adult learning methodologies, and team leadership, with a track record of delivering impactful learning experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of company-wide training programs aligned with strategic business goals.

  • Manage a team of training coordinators, facilitators, and external partners to ensure effective learning delivery.

  • Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads and HR leadership.

  • Design and implement learning roadmaps, development frameworks, and competency-based programs.

  • Oversee the management of Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring content accuracy and data integrity.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory training standards (e.g., safety, technical certifications, industry-specific mandates).

  • Evaluate training effectiveness using ROI metrics, feedback tools, and performance improvement indicators.

  • Support talent development initiatives such as leadership training, succession planning, and high-potential programs.

  • Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships for external training providers.

  • Report on learning KPIs to executive leadership and recommend continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s or certification in L&D/Training preferred)

  • 7–10+ years of experience in corporate training or learning & development, including 3+ years in a leadership/supervisory role

  • Proven expertise in instructional design, competency mapping, and organizational learning strategies

  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, training technologies, and e-learning platforms

  • Proficient in LMS administration and data-driven reporting tools

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and high-impact training initiatives
