We are seeking an experienced and organized Training Supervisor (Mid-Level) to lead the coordination and implementation of training and development programs across the organization. This role involves supervising training operations, collaborating with department managers to identify learning needs, and ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills to perform effectively. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing training functions and a passion for continuous learning and development.
Supervise and manage the daily activities of the training function, ensuring timely delivery of programs.
Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and define learning objectives.
Design, schedule, and coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
Oversee training logistics, including materials preparation, venue setup, trainer coordination, and attendance tracking.
Maintain and update training records, certificates, and compliance documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback forms, assessments, and performance metrics.
Support the development of training materials and content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Coordinate onboarding training for new hires and ensure alignment with company standards.
Prepare periodic reports on training outcomes, participation rates, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure training programs meet regulatory and industry-specific compliance requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
4–6 years of experience in training coordination, instructional delivery, or L&D roles
Solid understanding of adult learning principles, training techniques, and instructional design
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple training programs and priorities effectively
Experience in supervising staff or vendors in a training context is preferred
