We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Thermal Control Valve Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of advanced thermal control valve technologies. This role will play a key part in optimizing thermal management systems across automotive, EV, industrial, or HVAC platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in fluid-thermal behavior, valve mechanics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Lead design and development of thermal control valves (thermostatic, electronically actuated, bypass, and proportional valves).
Drive thermal and fluid system analysis, including flow, pressure drop, and thermal response modeling.
Guide system-level integration of valves within thermal circuits such as engine cooling, battery thermal systems, or HVAC loops.
Conduct and review simulation (CFD, FEA) and analytical models to validate valve performance and durability.
Oversee DVP&R, validation testing, and failure analysis to meet reliability and regulatory requirements.
Develop and approve CAD designs, 2D drawings, GD&T, and material specifications.
Collaborate with sourcing, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure design for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Serve as a technical mentor to junior engineers and contribute to strategic R&D initiatives.
