Lead comprehensive functional, performance, safety, and compliance testing of HVAC components and assembled units.
Develop, review, and improve testing procedures and protocols to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Analyze complex test data, identify root causes of failures, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Diagnose challenging mechanical, electrical, and control system issues during testing phases.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve product non-conformances and improve design robustness.
Drive root cause analysis and lead cross-functional corrective action initiatives.
Oversee calibration, maintenance, and upgrade of testing equipment and facilities.
Champion implementation of new testing technologies and digital data acquisition systems.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in the testing environment.
Mentor and train junior and mid-level testing technicians, fostering technical growth and quality mindset.
