The Mid-Level Tendering Specialist is responsible for preparing high-quality bids, coordinating with internal departments, and managing submission timelines. The role involves analyzing tender requirements, drafting technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Analyze tender notices, RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents to assess project requirements
Prepare, coordinate, and submit compliant, competitive, and well-structured proposals
Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, legal, engineering, procurement) to collect inputs
Ensure all required documentation (technical, commercial, legal) is complete and approved
Develop pricing structures in collaboration with commercial teams
Track tender timelines and maintain a master schedule for bids in progress
Review and proofread proposals for accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Support post-submission activities including clarifications, follow-ups, and documentation requests
Tender evaluation and response strategy
Proposal development and document control
Cross-functional coordination and compliance management
Pricing and commercial offer structuring
Bid schedule tracking and submission quality control
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or proposal coordination
Solid understanding of tendering processes across public and private sectors
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with document automation tools
Strong project management and time-management abilities
Ability to interpret technical specifications and align them with proposal requirements
