The Junior Tendering Specialist will assist in collecting and organizing tender documents, ensuring compliance with submission requirements, and supporting the tendering process in collaboration with the sales, legal, and technical teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Assist in identifying tender opportunities through portals, bulletins, and client communication
Collect and compile necessary documentation and information for bid submissions
Support the drafting and formatting of technical and commercial proposals
Ensure tender responses comply with submission instructions and deadlines
Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, clarifications, and outcomes
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, finance, technical) to gather required inputs
Track timelines and follow up on approvals and pending documentation
Assist in maintaining a database of past tenders, templates, and compliance checklists
Tender document preparation and organization
Submission compliance and deadline tracking
Coordination with internal stakeholders
Basic pricing support and formatting
Tender documentation archiving and reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in tendering, sales support, or administration
Strong written communication and document formatting skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel); familiarity with PDF editing tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Willingness to learn about bidding procedures, industry standards, and client expectations
