We are seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Telemarketing Representative to be the first point of contact for potential clients exploring our recruitment services. This role focuses on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling. With hands-on training and mentorship, this position provides a strong entry point into sales and client engagement within the recruitment industry.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s recruitment platform and services
Record accurate and detailed client information and call outcomes in the CRM system
Build initial interest by identifying potential recruitment needs during conversations
Use guided scripts to assess lead quality and determine fit based on recruitment criteria
Identify early-stage challenges and pass qualified leads to the senior sales team
Coordinate and schedule introductory calls, product demos, or consultations for interested prospects
Provide a brief and compelling overview of services to generate engagement
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain contact with early-stage leads
Relay feedback and escalate complex inquiries to appropriate team members
Maintain organized call logs and lead tracking within the CRM
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize calling scripts, messaging, and conversion strategies
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or related field preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn sales and telemarketing best practices
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (training provided)
Motivated, reliable, and eager to grow professionally
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or telesales is a plus
Interest in recruitment, HR, or business development
