The Mid-Level Team Leader – Sales is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, driving performance to meet sales targets, and supporting the execution of regional sales strategies. The role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on sales activities, ensuring both team coordination and client satisfaction.
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
Distribute daily tasks, monitor team activities, and ensure field coverage or client engagement.
Provide training and support to team members in sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM usage.
Track team performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
Maintain and build relationships with key customers and ensure high service quality.
Conduct joint field visits or virtual meetings with team members to support key deals.
Resolve customer issues escalated by team members and ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing developments.
Support sales forecasting and pipeline management for the assigned area or sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or coordination role.
Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service, and team management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Industry experience in [e.g., retail, B2B, FMCG, industrial sales, real estate].
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
