The Senior Office Support & Hospitality Coordinator oversees office hospitality services and support staff to ensure a professional and comfortable environment for employees and visitors. This role includes supervising junior support staff, coordinating meeting setups, monitoring office service standards, and handling day-to-day logistics in coordination with administrative teams.
Supervise and manage a team of tea boys and office assistants to ensure high service standards.
Oversee beverage preparation and service for staff, guests, and official meetings.
Coordinate the cleanliness and readiness of meeting rooms, pantry, and reception areas.
Maintain inventory of hospitality and cleaning supplies; ensure timely replenishment.
Ensure all office support staff follow hygiene, dress code, and service protocols.
Schedule daily tasks and delegate responsibilities among support staff.
Prepare and manage duty rosters and breaks to ensure uninterrupted service.
Assist with basic facility needs such as small maintenance reporting, event setups, or emergency support.
Train new office support staff on standards, duties, and etiquette.
Serve as the point of contact for administrative requests related to hospitality and office cleanliness.
5+ years of experience in office support or hospitality roles, including team supervision.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
Ability to manage supplies, schedules, and multiple tasks effectively.
Fluent in basic English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Experience in corporate office environments or hospitality sector.
