The Mid-Level Office Support & Hospitality Assistant is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day hospitality services and general office support. This includes managing refreshments for staff and guests, maintaining cleanliness in communal areas, supporting meetings, and assisting with administrative errands.
Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) for staff, visitors, and during meetings.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, kitchen tools, and refreshment areas.
Ensure all meeting rooms are clean, organized, and fully equipped with refreshments before meetings.
Supervise and maintain stock levels of pantry and hospitality supplies.
Collect and clean used dishes and cups from desks and meeting rooms promptly.
Support minor clerical tasks, including photocopying, sorting documents, and delivering files between departments.
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of reception and waiting areas.
Handle light facility-related support tasks, such as checking supplies or assisting in setting up office events.
Monitor and report maintenance needs or supply shortages to the supervisor.
Train and guide junior office support staff if required.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in office support or hospitality roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility.
Well-groomed, organized, and service-oriented.
Basic knowledge of office practices and hygiene standards.
Able to multitask and manage time efficiently in a professional environment.
Previous experience in a corporate, hospitality, or administrative support setting.
Basic understanding of guest service etiquette.
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.) is a plus.
