We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and deliver top-tier talent solutions aligned with business objectives. This role will focus on developing sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for key positions, and advising hiring managers on market trends and talent availability. The ideal candidate is results-driven, experienced in high-volume and specialized hiring, and capable of managing complex recruitment initiatives across multiple functions and regions.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level and niche positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand workforce planning needs and build effective talent pipelines.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and headhunting.
Leverage ATS platforms to manage candidate flow, track metrics, and ensure data accuracy.
Lead employer branding efforts and represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.
Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to continuously improve hiring performance.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
Stay informed about talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and regulatory hiring requirements.
Mentor junior recruiters and support the continuous development of the talent acquisition team.
Contribute to recruitment process improvement, automation, and standardization across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications preferred)
6–8+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on mid-to-senior level and specialized roles
Proven success in sourcing passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Oracle Taleo, Workday)
Strong understanding of employment laws, diversity hiring practices, and recruitment compliance
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical mindset and ability to present recruitment metrics to leadership
Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus
